1. The tender is divided into 2 bids.
2. The scoring dimension of each bid consists of price, billing period, warranty period, acceptance of promissory notes and delivery period; the bidder with the highest overall score for the bid will be awarded the bid; the rules are as follows:
1）Each bid lowest winning score of 100 points, the same price with reference to the payment method, warranty period, receiving acceptance of the extra points to determine the final winning bidder.
2）The minimum billing period for this solicitation is 30 days, and one point will be added for each additional 30 days that the bidder commits to the billing period;
