The DOE.Biocell™ multi-reactor system can control four or more sub-reactors in parallel to meet cell culture needs through multi-parameter linkage technology. The linkage controller is modular in design and can be flexibly configured according to different experimental requirements. With this system, each tank can independently control agitation, pH, level, DO (including customized cascade control). Adjustable-speed peristaltic pump to meet the precise control of the replenishment volume, to achieve batch, flow plus, continuous and perfusion culture mode. For the configuration of the flow meter can also control the gas mixture flow of multiple tanks at the same time.
*hardware modularity:
Supports modularization of four and more detection and control units, such as sensor module (pH+DO), precision micro pump module, high flow pump module, stirring and temperature control module, and gas control module;
Each module adopts the input and output of the same signal, effectively preventing the interference of other signal sources. Being able to separate strong and weak power, for example, can ensure the accuracy of the sensor.
