DOE.Biocell™ Pilot and Production Series Bioreactors are large stainless steel bioreactor systems designed by our company for pilot research and production. It not only combines our comprehensive understanding of reactor design parameters, flow field characteristics and cell physiology, but also includes automatic cleaning-in-place (CIP), sterilization-in-place (SIP) and other features that bring convenience to actual production. The system consists of three main parts: tank, pipe rack and control cabinet. The control system adopts Siemens S7-1500 PLC controller + touch screen + host computer mode, all parameters of the control system can meet the needs of cell batch culture, flow plus culture and continuous culture.
